I felt unfettered and alive

Apparently, what I needed was sleep. I feel *much* better now, and I've got a SPN torrent finished on my computer and I only have to avoid long spoilery posts for another 9 hours. Or I could, you know, stick it on my flash drive and watch it at work... if I thought I could get away with that. Hmm. I have no willpower, so of course I clicked all the cut tags -- and then read the v.v. short ones (the long ones I'm saving for after I've seen the ep). There's a certain common thread throughout, and it's one that makes me SO HAPPY.

In stranger news, I woke up with Joni Mitchell's "Free Man In Paris" running through my head -- my mental iPod is on shuffle, clearly.

In best news ever, it's FRIDAY. People seem to have missed the post I made right before East Coast SPN last night, so I'll ask again: what would you call a song about me? Ponder that while you gab about the ep I still haven't seen.

spam, eggs, sausage, and spam

Today is a Drew Spams LJ day because I feel like doing approximately ZERO work now that I have seen [livejournal.com profile] monkeydom's [screencaps]. Of, you know, that thing. I snuck the ep into work on my USB key and am trying to watch it in between bouts of avoiding the boss.

ETA: Anatomy lesson, folks. The things you all are calling "hipbones" are actually muscles. They're the external obliques, if I've got my terminology correct. /ETA

The title of this post *should* be "how to sneak an ep of SPN during work hours without your boss finding out."

Summary: I love this show. No, really. Totally and completely in love with it.

NOW I GET TO GO READ ALL YOUR POSTS OMG.

(no subject)

I hate April Fool's Day. I *especially* hate April Fool's Day on LiveJournal, because people tend to make/post things that I get really interested in, only to find out they're not real. I will probably avoid LJ all day (especially given that I'm moving S up to the city, and going to the Swedish wonderland that is IKEA in preparation for that); anything really important you can email me about.

I will probably write at least a little tomorrow, though, so avoiding LJ will be productive.
