There was a *massive* fog bank this morning -- I haven't seen it this bad since last winter. At one point in my commute I bike through a residential complex with a parking lot, and I couldn't see the other end of the parking lot. Welcome back, Bay Area fog!

Rehearsal last night... let's just say it's a step down from the SFSC. But we sang through the first four movements of Brahms Requiem and it was good, so I guess I can't complain too much. At least, not until we start nitpicking.

My big dilemma tonight is whether or not to watch Supernatural. Folks who have seen all 10 episodes, a question for you: is tonight's ep likely to build on things learned in previous eps, or is this monster-of-the-week material? If it's the latter I will watch, but if the former I'm going to have to wait and download it to watch them in order.

Nevermind that I can't watch most Tuesdays due to SFSC rehearsals, or that the other show I watch regularly (American Idol -- SHUT UP) is Tuesdays as well. Sigh. My schedule, as usual, defeats me.

So I didn't take my own advice. But I did leave the light on while I watched this. Only semi-relatedly: this show's palette leaves me reaching for a "colorize" button. I know it's intentional, but even The X-Files had more color -- solely in Scully's hair.

Overall: I really wish I had fannish people to watch this with; I think it would enhance the experience. Also, I'm bummed that I have SFSC rehearsals so many Tuesdays. ::fires up BitTorrent:: Sounds like it's time for me to invest in an external hard drive.
