Ow, my head -- apparently I woke up with a huge headache. Also, ow, my eye -- when I look too far in any direction, my left eye hurts. WEIRD. I downed a couple Advil and am hoping both things go away.

Yaye for yesterday! Remix is done, beta'd, and off to musesfool (who, with some 300+ signups, is insane) and now I can relax about that. I'd been worried with the deadline looming, but I'm done done done. Today, therefore, is all the stuff I put off from yesterday -- cleaning, shopping, and the like. Also, probably a call to a grandmother or two and maybe one to my parents. ::attaches phone to ear:: This could take a while.

Does anyone else get slightly frustrated when, upon finishing a fic, you can't post it immediately? As with the Remix challenge, submissions are due the 20th and won't go up until the 25th at the earliest, with authors not revealed until April. This means I'm going to get antsy about it and maybe want to pull it out and change things. I have to tell myself "NO" and let it rest. I can't be the only one, can I?

It rained a good portion of yesterday, all night, and most of the morning, but it's now partly sunny and doesn't look to be raining for the next couple hours, at least. Off to the recycling center I go!
