So guess who wasn't going to get up at ass o'clock this morning to watch a Jsquared interview? That would be me. Hell, I don't even think they were playing that on the West Coast. But since the Internet is an amazing thing, I dug up a digital copy of their appearance from this morning. I'd give credit, but I don't know who made it, other than that it says "Katie Holmes Pictures" on the clip. I found it on the TWoP boards, in the media thread.

[Jsquared interview re: renewal] (9MB, not nearly cap quality)

It's SendSpace since YSI was being a fuckhead this morning. I'm going to download the clip to my work machine so I can re-up it if it goes down; just leave a comment!

Am I the only one who is sickened by the very *idea* of movies about 9/11? United 93 and now World Trade Center -- I can't even watch trailers for them. It just seems like cashing in on really horrible stuff. I might (*might*) be okay with it if the actors, director, and crew were all unpaid, or paid only enough to cover the cost of materials and whatnot, with the rest of the receipts donated to charities. I still wouldn't see them, but I wouldn't feel as disgusted by the fact that they were *made*. I think it's because it hasn't even been five years. Movies about historical events? Fine. And yeah, I guess this qualifies. But not when they're this close to having happened.

And how convenient; World Trade Center opens just three months before Election Day. Ugh.
