So this weekend I have SFS concerts and it also happens to be Pride. In the same location. Why did it have to be in Civic Center? SIGH. It's not so much that I want to avoid Pride events (though i generally do) as that I want to avoid crowds and crowds and crowds of people on concert days. I had hoped that the guy who gives me a ride home could give me a ride *up* the peninsula so I wouldn't have to deal with public transit on Pride weekend, but that seems like it's not going to happen. Rats.
ETA: and I forgot that they'll be closing Market St. tomorrow for the parade. I am well and truly fucked, and not in the good way. Jesus. Stupid gay people and their stupid parade. Hmph. /ETA
Today's agenda: convert lots of videos to iPod format (I got a 60GB, for those who may be wondering), hit the Apple store for a dock connector --> firewire cable, go to the recycling center, cook an early dinner, hit the train.
Anything special about your (collective) day, friendslist?
