Yeah, so I didn't get any of the Google jobs -- hell, I didn't even get an *interview*. Ahh, well, that's what happens when you apply to work for a company that can afford to hire only the best. It probably didn't help that they asked for my GPA. :-/ I'm not entirely sure what the next plan is, but applying for similar jobs is definitely on the horizon. Now that I'm actually *doing* things at work again, it's not as bad as it was for a bit there, but I need to get out of here. Hmm. It's hard being an economist who's never analyzed money!

I'm running one thing that should finish today and working up another, but I'm a bit confused by the second one, and my boss isn't answering email. Fun. Time for caffeine and M&Ms.

Note to self: lighten the fuck up. You've got money in the bank and a job that pays pretty well, you've got friends, you sing a lot, and you have some decent amount of free time. Stop acting like your life is this horrible tragedy.

In an effort to change the tone, go look at [this guy]. He's a Finnish sprinter and one of the most gorgeous men I have ever laid eyes on.
