drew at 12:10am on 25/04/2007 under the play's the thingIf none of you hear from me until, say, late May, don't worry. It's just that the show has ramped up even more from what it was before: I'm now getting up at quarter to 8 for work, getting home from work around 5:45, leaving for rehearsal at 6:15, and not getting home until quarter to midnight. YAYE. Also, my voice still sounds like ass and the two things that would help it at this point (sleep and vocal rest) are impossible.
I'm just one big fucking ray of sunshine, aren't I? But goddamn, this show is going to be good. Provided I keep the talking to a minimum for the next week or so and only sing when I'm onstage, I'll be okay. Hopefully I'll have the C for opening night, though it has eluded me for the past couple nights, what with just coming back from being sick.
And, of course, now I worry that I've over-hyped it to people.
Now to go wash the makeup of my face and sleep like the dead.
