Uh, hi. Remember me? I'm not sure *I* do, so if you answered "no", that's okay.

This is yet another "not dead, just incapacitated" post, but now with Actual Content: LJ has announced that paid members can edit comments. I am not certain how this is going to play out on the interwebs, but on the whole I have a feeling this is going to be a positive change. Why? Because you can't edit a comment that's been replied to, so the opportunities for abuse are limited. And the number of times I've had to my own comments in others' journals for HTML errors, misspellings, etc.... well, let's just say I'm thrilled for an edit function.

Now... who wants to make the opposite case? :)
