drew at 01:10pm on 06/03/20081. Sore throat, go away. Especially since I have to sing a show on Saturday. A short one, true, but I have to solo and then do some super-high T1 stuff (think high Cs for a while).
2. Tech support blows. I got a new [Time Capsule] to replace my crappy D-Link wireless router and provide for wireless backup (whee!), but something about the way the DSL modem and the D-Link router are configured makes it impossible for me to simply swap out the D-Link for the Time Capsule. So I tried plugging the modem into my computer. No dice. So far nobody seems to be able to help me, so they say "Tier 2 Service will call you"... sometime in the next 2-24 (yes, two to fucking TWENTY-FOUR) hours. I cannot stay home that long. I have rehearsal tonight and will probably have to go in to work again tomorrow.
3. I re-listened to The Black Parade at the gym yesterday and... is it just me, or are there surprisingly few pronouns? I mean, I heartily approve (so, so, SO tired of guys wailing about "her" and "she" and all that), but it's pretty unusual, no?
