Cafeteria update: still sucky, but we're going through a whole bunch of [Yelp!] listings and we'll find decent places for food. Today's was falafel: chicken schwarma for me (not big on falafel), and a whole host of falafel offerings for my coworkers.
Work-work update: new situation with low cubes not as irritating as I thought it might be at first. We'll see how that develops, though.
