Second, happy Remix day! [Remix/Redux IV: I Know What You Did Last Remix] has been updated with about 325 stories in a variety of fandoms.

The story of mine that was remixed is [Gratitude], my mistletoemagic story, which I was never really satisfied with, so I'm glad someone else had a go at it. The remix is shorter than the original, and deals with more or less the same details, but I think it's tighter -- more quickly to the point. So weather.com lied and it was actually quite nice and sunny today; my usual Sunday jaunt to the recycling center, grocery store, etc. was quite lovely. Tonight is semi-gumbo and cookies and Scrabble with friends. Tomorrow I pick S up from the airport and everything goes straight to hell. Or, you know, just gets busy. I like being busy -- it keeps me from feeling lonely.

In Remix news, my recipient liked what I did, which makes me very happy. I've already gotten more feedback on this story than I did on *both* of the stories I wrote for last year's Remix, and that's nice, too.
